The Oatmeal Raisin Cinnamon Puff
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Oats
- 1/4 cup Egg Whites
- 1-2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 packets Stevia
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tbsp Raisins
- Splash Coconut Milk
Step-By-Step:
- Add all ingredients to a bowl sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Stir until well combined.
- Microwave for 1 minute – 1 minute & 30 seconds.
- WATCH since it’ll puff up to make sure it doesn’t puff OVER the bowl. If it is going to puff over, stop the microwave, let it deflate, and start again, stopping & starting until cooked through.

Wow, that looks crazy good! I don’t use Stevia though… something that might be a good replacement for that?

Yum!
I love cooking on the stove/oven when I have the time but sometimes the microwave trumps that. lol. My favorite flavors definitely come from the grill though!! Hope you have an awesome day!

I’m a major fan of the stove and oven and don’t do much microwaving either, but this totally works in a pinch

Another great recipe! Thanks so much Electra!! I prefer to grill, steam, and bake….and microwave as a last resort if I’m crunched for time! Thanks for sharing your great recipes

Of course!!! I COMPLTELY prefer all of the above as well, and don’t microwave much myself either. This definitely is great for those in a hurry breakfasts though!
