This back workout consists of three sets of four exercises each for 10-15 reps with moderate weight. Moderate weight doesn’t mean easy. Moderate weight means enough weight that you are having a hard time keeping form between your allotted reps, for example 10-15 for this workout. Failure = failure to keep correct form. Form over speed or amount of reps, every time; EVERY TIME!
Make sure you’re pushing yourself so you get everything out of this workout you can, but don’t overkill … work your way up, one step at a time!
Time to ROCK IT, tigers!! ![]()

My favorite back exercise is a lat pulldown (all variations). Hands down. I used to perform them pretty quickly, but I feel so much stronger taking it slow and steady – really focusing on the muscles I’m engaging. My second would be a back extension, weighted or not.
